What do I get when I buy a square?
You unlock the entire creative work and not just a piece of it.
Each square is simply a fun way to claim your download and support the creator.
What happens when all squares are sold out?
The creator unlocks new tools. You helped them grow and your purchase is part of their milestone.
Can I buy more than one square?
Yes. Support creators as much as you like!
What’s Fan Feedback?
If enabled, you can leave a message of appreciation. The creator may pick one as their FFF (Favourite Fan Feedback) and send you a digital gift as a reward.
Are Fan Feedback messages public?
No. Feedback is hidden and can only be seen by the creator. You can view your submitted Fan Feedback in your dashboard.
What kinds of gifts can I receive?
Gifts are digitally created, chosen and sent by the creator. SQWAFFLE thrives on originality and creativity, so who knows what digital Gift you may receive. If enabled, creators list any gifts in their description.
Do I lose access when the timer ends?
Nope! Once you buy a square, the download is yours forever.
The countdown is just how long the grid is available to others.
Of course, the work is copyright, so you have the right to enjoy it, print and display it (if applicable) for personal use but not to sell it on. Creators retain all rights unless stated otherwise.
Do I need an account to buy?
Yes. A free Fan profile is required to access your downloads, leave feedback, and receive rewards.

How does pricing work?
You set the price per square/download: £3, £4 (or $ or €). Bigger grids unlock higher price points.
How long does my grid run?
You choose: 3, 7, 10, or 14 days.
What happens when I sell out?

What happens if my Sqwaffle sells out before the timer ends?
If your Sqwaffle sells out early, it ends immediately no matter how much time was left on the clock.
Can I start a new Sqwaffle right away?
You bet! As soon as your current Sqwaffle sells out, you’re free to launch a new one without waiting for the original duration to expire.
Do I unlock anything by selling out?
You do. Selling out a Sqwaffle unlocks a higher grid size and an increased price point, allowing you to create bigger and more valuable Sqwaffles moving forward.
Does the early finish affect my rewards or payouts?
No. Selling out is actually the best possible outcome. Your payout and progress are preserved, and you move up to the next tier.
Is there anything special I need to do when it sells out?
No action is required. Our system automatically ends the sold-out Sqwaffle and updates your unlocked grid size and pricing options.
Do I have to sell out a grid to get paid?
No. You will be paid for every square/download sold. Selling out simply unlocks the next size grid and price-point.
When and how do I get paid?
Paid the first Friday after your grid ends. Sent at 12 noon GMT via PayPal.
Can I run multiple grids?
Not at present.
What if my grid doesn’t sell out?
You keep earnings from sold squares. Try again to unlock the next level.
Is there a fee to use SQWAFFLE?
No subscriptions. We take 15% commission per sale (plus processor fees).
What happens after my grid ends?
Start your next SQWAFFLE! Be strategic. Build value. Unlock bigger grids and higher price points.
How do I unlock bigger size grids and higher price points?
Progress is based on selling out grids in your chosen timeframe.

I saw something potentially harmful. How do I report it?
Click the three dots next to the title on any grid or creator’s page and "Report". We take every report seriously and investigate all flagged content. Your report is logged. Violations may lead to account suspension or permanent termination.
